ProComm is the management company for the Oakmont Downs Home Owners Association. The ProComm association manager, for Oakmont Downs, performs duties as specified by the Oakmont Downs Board of Directors. The manager tours the neighborhood to inspect for covenant violations (basketball goals on the sidewalks or in the streets, improper lawn maintenance, fences in need of repairs, etc.) and oversees any projects from landscaping to construction. The manager attends the regular Board meeting and helps plan and attends the annual meeting. ProComm maintains all of the financial records for the community, collects assessments, examines Oakmont Downs' insurance needs and makes sure the best possible rates are obtained. ProComm has a team of employees assigned to meet the needs of Oakmont Downs.
